We offer public sector institutions the opportunity to deliver their services and information to end users in a comprehensive manner via the portal. We compile information and event-based services in a high-quality and consistent manner to increase the credibility of Estonia as a digital state.
We provide private individuals and businesses with timely and relevant information related to the state, including information on what to do in various life and business events. After secure login with an ID card, Smart-ID, Mobile-ID, or EU eID, we also offer personalised and customised services to increase satisfaction with public e-services.

Usage statistics of eesti.ee in 2025
- 7,400,000 visits. The portal was used by 700,000 people.
- The most popular month for visitors was September, when 242,000 people logged in to the portal.
- Overall user satisfaction with the portal: 85.9 (CSAT methodology, i.e. the proportion of ratings of 4 and 5 out of all ratings).
- 51% of users visited the portal on a mobile device.
