RIA CyberMeetUp April 16th 2026
On April 16th, starting at 18:00, we invite you to the RIA CyberMeetUp, taking place in our usual place – Palo Alto Club (Telliskivi 57, Tallinn). This time, we will talk about how Estonia is doing cyber and digital diplomacy, how to put an AI agent to work in an effective and secure manner and you will get to experience a fast-paced pitching session where startups from the latest batch of the RIA Cyber Accelerator will introduce themselves and conclude their 7-month accelerator programme. Their pitches will be reviewed by a panel of experts.
First part of the event is also broadcasted live on RIA’s Youtube, LinkedIn and Facebook channels.
List of Speakers:
- Priit Turk (Director General, Digital and Cyber Diplomacy Department | MFA) – On the Frontlines of Cyber and Digital Diplomacy and Where the Community Fits In
- Ago Ambur (COO, Glazer Technologies) – Agentic Investigations – Governed, Verified, Auditable
Pitching Session:
- Karina Hannachi (Co-Founder, CyberTested) – Developing AI-powered penetration testing and dark web monitoring software
- Manos Athanatos (Co-Founder, Cymph) – Incident Response Readiness platform that gives security teams continuous visibility into their response coverage and operational gaps. It unifies cyber processes into a single, framework-aligned and collaborative view, enabling teams to identify gaps and at the same time providing the tools to close them. The result is a live, always-current response posture maintained as part of daily operations.
- Ben Visser (Founder, Askara Solutions) – Developing an AI-first information security management system (ISMS) focused on automating NIS2 and ISO27001 compliance for European SME’s.
- Lembit Elmik (Founder, AppSWOT) – Enabling small and medium-sized enterprises to assess their compliance with information security requirements, build and manage their Information Security Management System (ISMS).
- Henry Rõigas (Head of Product, ScamGuardian.AI) – Providing AI-powered intelligence-gathering solutions to help organizations and individuals fight scams
From 19:00 onward, we continue with informal networking and discussions.
This event is co-funded by the European Union and the European Cybersecurity Competence Centre.
